Lynnette Taylor-Criego's goal is to empower individuals to function more effectively and productively through the understanding of their roles and their effect on an organization's success.  LTC Consulting provides coaching and professional development training that develops skill sets, which will result in improved performance.

It is her purpose to see each individual succeed within his or her careers.  Her mission is to provide exceptional quality coaching, training and speaking services that educate, inspire and impact her clientele in a positive way.

She has over fifteen years career management experience assisting individuals as they acquire essential skill sets to remain competitive in todays market place.  She has participated in organizational assessment, program assessment and strategic planning to identify gaps and opportunities for organizations.  She has experience with edelivery outplacement consulting, Fortune 500 employer, human services, adult education, human resources, academia, for profit and non profit organizations.
